The Coastside County Water District (CCWD) serves the City of Half Moon Bay and a part of the unincorporated area of San Mateo County including Miramar, Princeton By The Sea and El Granada. The District's service territory encompasses approximately 14 square miles and serves nearly 20,000 people. Approximately 81 percent of the District’s accounts are residential. Less than 1 percent are floriculture (agriculture) accounts and 18 percent of the accounts are commercial.
The District has an operating budget of approximately $6 million and a capital improvement budget of $6.6 million. The District's workforce consists of 8 administrative and 9 field personnel.
